Are Haravan and Sapo good?
In the previous article, I talked about the general advantages and disadvantages of the system website (represented by Sapo and Haravan) compared to other sales website platforms. Many people asked to compare Sapo and Haravan, so I will write about this article personal opinion on 2 platforms for your reference.
I just updated this article because recently both Haravan and Sapo have had big changes - technology. I will continuously update this article when there are changes to ensure its usefulness so you can make the best choice.
If you haven't read it yet, you can see more at: Which platform should I choose as an online sales website?
During this time, many stores and businesses have been negatively affected and have lost sales due to the COVID-19 epidemic. Perhaps people are also very confused. However, there are macro things that we cannot change, nor can we know when the epidemic will end. We can only trust and comply with state regulations. I think that while others are confused, we should be optimistic that we can take advantage of this break to optimize our business and find new solutions. Within the framework of this article, we can redesign the website if the old website is not good, take advantage of idle personnel to build the website, for example!
I just wrote a new article with great enthusiasm: Which Digital Marketing channel should Business Owners choose to be effective for their Business? Perhaps it will help you choose the right Digital Marketing channel for your business!

Evaluate Sapo and Haravan sales website platforms
Comparison of the scale of Sapo (Bizweb) and Haravan
***Note: From April 16, 2018. Bizweb has merged with Sapo to become the most used multi-channel sales platform in Vietnam. As of December 2019, Sapo has had 67,000 customers choosing to use it. The launch event was quite grand and was reported by many media.. I was also invited by Sapo to attend the event and have a review, you can read: "Review of the launch of Sapo X Omnichannel omnichannel sales platform” . Here, when I write Bizweb or Sapo Web, they both refer to the same product
One thing you need to pay attention to when using a system-based Website as I have mentioned in other articles is that you will lose the Website you have built if the company stops providing services. This makes many people worry because when you use this type of Website, it will be associated with that company and when the company no longer exists, your Website will also be lost.
Therefore, you need to choose a reputable company with long-term development orientation. And in the Vietnamese market, I think only Sapo and Haravan can make you feel secure about this
Both products are oriented towards developing an e-commerce ecosystem to support sellers.

Sapo has its headquarters in Hanoi, offices in Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, Central Highlands... with a staff of several hundred employees.

Because as far as I remember around 2014, Haravan was hardly a counterweight to Bizweb (Sapo at that time) but with the rapid development at the present time the balance seems to be quite balanced.
Perhaps the above two figures are only for reference because I think they are calculating the number of contracts from the past to present. After that, some people will renew, some people will not, which is not the actual number of users at the present time.
Considering this point, Sapo Web is a bit better than Haravan with a long history and "seemingly" larger scale. In Haravan, I still see a lot of youth and great potential.
Website interface
In terms of the interface provided by both platforms, I consider them to be equal because they both take and recreate many templates from foreign website templates. At the same time, both are open platforms so developers can sell their interfaces on it.
The interface uses Responsive to be compatible with many different devices.
In this interface, I consider both to be similar. However, in the free interface section, I appreciate Haravan's interfaces more because although they are only free, these interfaces are quite beautiful and modern.
Applications and Features
Regular Website Design Package
- Sapo Web package costs 299,000 VND/month + 1,500,000 VND initial Website creation fee - will be free of registration fee and 10% discount if you register for 2 years or more. If you register for Sapo, you should register for at least 2 years to save more money. It will be approx 5,088,000 VND if you register one year and 6,458,000 VND if registered 2 years use.
- Haravan's Advanced Website package costs 500,000 VND/month. Pay yearly with price 6,000,000 VND/year
Later, when renewing, I see that Sapo has written information on the homepage that will receive a maximum discount of 55%, so if you use it later, it will also be cheaper. As for me searching on Haravan, I can't find it right now. If anyone has renewed Haravan, please comment and let me know the information so I can update the article. Thank you very much!
Regarding price, you can see that if you register for 1 year, the price of the two sides is not too different, but if you register for 2 years, Sapo Web's price will be nearly half cheaper.
The price is like that, but how are the features of the packages different? I won't talk about the same features anymore, just the differences so you can easily compare.
- Sapo Web's capacity is 1 Gb (if upgraded, it will be 120,000 VND/ 1 Gb/ month) and Haravan's will be unlimited.
- The number of emails according to the domain name email@tenmiencuaban.com of Sapo is 5 emails and Haravan's is 20 emails.
- Feature Recover Abandoned Cart (reselling orders that have not yet completed payment) is currently available for both Sapo and Haravan. The feature helps automatically send emails that customers are in the process of filling out to remind customers to complete their orders or send them a discount code to stimulate orders.
- In this Website package, Haravan also provides you with the sales feature at 2 stores, while Sapo in this Website package does not.
- Sapo and Haravan all support sending Email Marketing through major services such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc. Therefore, businesses and Shop Owners who want to take advantage of Email Marketing can integrate to send emails smoothly with numbers. large amounts. I find Email Remarketing to customers who have already purchased is very effective and great, but few businesses in Vietnam focus on doing it.
Both Sapo and Haravan have the orientation of developing an e-commerce ecosystem, so they are integrated with many sales tools and linked with channels such as: Zalo, Facebook, Adayroi, Lazada,... Chat with customers, Pay,…
Integrate with shipping parties such as Fast Delivery, Viettel, VNpost,... to support shipping.
There are many apps and you can choose the appropriate app or ask a consultant for support.
And in terms of Website management, I think there won't be too many differences between the two sides because they are almost similar.
You can take a closer look at Advanced Website Haravan features and Sapo Web feature .
Omnichannel multi-channel sales package
This is a multi-channel sales package, only when using this package will you see the greatest benefits of using system websites like Haravan and Sapo. Their system will connect channels from online to offline, synchronize e-commerce platforms,...
- Sapo's Omnichannel package price is 599,000 VND/month The initialization fee is 2,000,000 VND and you will receive a free initialization fee and 20% discount if you register for 2 years. So the fee if you register for 1 year will be 9,188,000 VND, if registered 2 years will 11,500,000 VND
- Haravan's Omnichannel package price is 1,000,000 VND/month. Thus Haravan's fee is 12,000,000 VND/year. In addition, Haravan also has a more advanced Omnichannel package with the Fulfillment Network feature. The model exploits the point-of-sale network for quick delivery from the store closest to the customer, and staff at the store participate in operating online orders at reasonable prices. 24,000,000 VND/year.
See more about Sapo's Omnichannel price list and Haravan's Omnichannel price list
Considering the overall price of this Omnichannel package, it is not expensive if you can take advantage of its features. Manage inventory and sales by monitoring centralized channels, avoiding causing inventory losses or incorrect inventory between many different channels. In addition, integrating with many shipping units is very simple, helping to avoid errors in orders, product codes, and customer information like normal manual work.
In particular, Sapo connects 8 major shipping units at the same time: Grab, GHN, GHTK, VNPost, AhaMove,... to compare shipping fees between different units. In addition, Sapo has an additional shipping port Sapo Express, shipping fee is only from 9,500 VND
You can also manage your store simply on your phone. This means you will have more hands-free time instead of having to sit in one place like before. This means that when you are sitting on the toilet, you can also see the sales increase, see which stores are sold, etc. I do not encourage you to do this because sitting on the toilet for a long time can lead to hemorrhoids...
In addition, pushing orders through departments and shipping units is very simple with just a few mouse clicks, helping you avoid errors in orders, product codes, and customer information like the usual manual process. At the same time, it helps you save and reduce staff costs. This alone is already a lot cheaper, right?
Comparing Omnichannel of Haravan and Sapo, the differences between these two platforms. That is:
- With Sapo's Omnichannel, it supports 1 store, 1 sales website, sales on platforms including Sendo, Lazada, Shopee, sales on Facebook and other websites. If you want to use more, you will need additional costs to expand many channels and special stores on the Floor. Haravan will support 2 stores.
- Currently, I see that Haravan has connected to Lazada, Shopee, and Tiki.
- Sapo has just recently added the Sendo channel into the system, so currently there are Lazada, Shopee, and Sendo.
Sapo's difference is that it uses Sapo as the core order processing center, all information from inventory, products, order information, customers from all channels will be poured into one place, thus managing seems much more convenient, especially orders from e-commerce platforms. As for Haravan, the processing center is the Website.
- Sales support at point (store)
In this regard, I rate Sapo higher, Haravan's development of this segment is not strong. Previously, Haravan was affiliated with Kiotviet and Sapo developed its own Sapo POS software for sales at stores and on Facebook.
I have experience through synchronization between channels, I can see that Sapo does very well. You can see on the website Sapo also has its own website specializing in selling POS equipment for stores, so the synchronization of hardware, software, and website will definitely be better synchronized.
- Social channel support
Haravan seems to support social networking channels such as Facebook, Zalo and HaraFunnel quite well (with features to create customer funnels, chatbots, etc.). If you use this feature well, building appropriate chatbot scenarios will greatly cut down on customer service staff costs and provide faster and more leisurely customer support. Synonymous with marketing on Online channels. Your social networks will be better.
- Customer care
This is greatly influenced by the sales and care staff. Whether they are dedicated or not, for the benefit of customers or not will directly affect whether Haravan or Sapo takes better care.
If you encounter a situation where the staff does not take good care of you, call the customer service hotline and inform them that you want to change to another support person.
Summarize
In terms of in-store management and centralized multi-channel management, Sapo is doing very well. Previously, they were also a sales platform and also provided hardware devices in stores, with additional online advantages, Sapo positioned itself as a multi-channel sales management platform.
In terms of Facebook business, Haravan is somewhat better, because Haravan develops Facebook and Chatbot linking apps very well.
In my opinion, both platforms have good features and convenient management that I recommend everyone to use. It's worth the money.
My suggestion is that if you want to open an offline store and sell a website combined, you can use Sapo. If you mainly want to promote more online sales, you can consider using Haravan.
Each platform is available for trial, so you can sign up for a trial to experience it firsthand and see which platform you prefer. Why not try it before it's a waste? Right?
You can sign up for a trial of Sapo Web Here
You can sign up for a trial of Haravan Here Use promotional code HPKYOZRFRD to increase the trial period to 30 days and experience the highest package (Go to your Haravan website administration page, go to Configuration and use the above promotional code)
After registering to use, there will be staff to support you very enthusiastically. However, feel for yourself and don't believe too much in words like: commit to being at the top of Google, after building a website you will be able to sell, etc. It depends a lot on how you do it and market it afterwards. Otherwise, no matter how beautiful the website is, it is just a waste and should be thrown away if no one knows about it and has no visitors.

If you have ever used Sapo or Haravan, please leave your review below for me and everyone to know![/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
I'm working on Biz's website, and I find their support very enthusiastic. Although I had to ask to change the support person once, I'm still quite satisfied. Hopefully in the future, Biz will release more interesting features to serve you guys :D
Thank you for your very useful feedback. I also see some negative information about Bizweb's support, but with such a large number of customers, some small flaws are inevitable. And it also depends on the support. Changing the support person like you is a pretty good way for everyone to apply.
Oh, I just tried both of these, I found Bizweb faster, didn't need to provide more information so I like it better, I'll review the details after trying it out. Thanks Medio
Bro, have you tried it yet? Please give me a review. I'm so confused.
Personally, I think Bizweb is better, so I bought their 2-year eGold package. I see fast delivery, good support, and have not found any negative points yet. Try it again and see how it goes.
I think Bizweb and Haravan have basically the same model, Bizweb is slightly better in terms of company size and brand. In terms of updates and innovations, Bizweb seems to be more calm. As the topic starter shared, Haravan was born later but also has a fast growth rate, they announced that their customers are increasing rapidly, I don't know if that's true or not. This model is more suitable for small and medium-sized businesses, they won't have to worry about hosting, they just rent a website and do it, if you need any support, just call them, they will guide you, and if they can do anything, they will do it for you - in some cases outside the contract, there will be a fee. This is also natural, so anyone who makes a website must read the contract carefully. Don't rush in like a moth to a flame and then when you're speechless, you'll be surprised and say you were cheated :3
Absolutely correct!
I want to design a sales website. But I'm also confused about the contract with that party (I don't know clearly which part does not incur additional fees, which part does... (Because I don't know anything about websites :()
Anyone who has used the websites of both parties, can you give me some comments on the content of the contract?
Thanks a lot
As far as I know, they already have monthly package costs. That cost includes website design and server maintenance. The costs you need to prepare are:
1. Domain name fee (depending on the type of domain name, there are different fees, paid annually. You can buy this from any site.
2. Interface fee: Both sides have many free interfaces, but if you like beautiful interfaces, you need to buy the interface, this fee is only paid once.
3. Applications: Like the interface, there are paid and paid ones, but basically I find that the available free applications are quite sufficient.
So in conclusion, I think you should pay for the domain name, maybe the interface if you want to choose a nice interface.
You should invest 1-2 million to buy a nice interface. Free interfaces are usually not very good.
haravan first provides customers with a crappy interface... so anyone who uses it will have to spend nearly 2 million more to buy a satisfactory interface...
Before I did content for several websites, I saw that all the bizweb did it. It shows that there are many and aggressive. The articles that are on top are probably because I write well, lol - just think of it like that to motivate yourself to write the next article. I said that to remind you that when you make a website, pay more attention to the website SEO factor. You don't just make a website for the sake of it, the website needs to have traffic and SEO is one of the main channels to get that.
I have used both Bizweb and Haravan! Haravan supports more enthusiastically. Contact CS directly via Skype, phone. Bizweb must contact via email. In terms of functionality, Haravan seems to be better. Specifically, regarding the product features related to the Blog post, Haravan has a plugin app while Bizweb cannot do it.
Thanks for your practical review. It will definitely help a lot to help everyone choose the right service.
Of course Bizweb is better. I see that Bizweb is diligent in updating new features, the technical team, sales or customer service are all stronger. Recently I saw that GA can be integrated into the administration, and free SSL can be integrated for the website. No other party has these.
Thanks for your review!
Thanks for your feedback. There are also quite a few people who like haravan better. It is important that you sign up for a trial to experience both and see how they support each other.
Standard Ads, according to you, which side is better? Is it true that Bizweb is stronger in Hanoi and HRV seems to be more crowded in HCM?
In terms of features, I don't know which one is better, but I think biz is better because it's simple and easy to edit. I don't know anything about website design or information technology, but I can post and edit products simply and easily. I think it will be quite suitable for women who don't have much knowledge about information technology like me.
The review sounds like it's on par, I haven't used either, I'm just learning about it but it seems like the sales at biz seem to understand better, I explained what I wanted and got an answer right away. At haravan, they said they'll reply later... :v Basically, if the features are on par, you should consider the support section of kdoanh and customer service
I used some units and found haravan as follows:
+ Good carrier links
+ Simple sales interface.
+ Simple management interface.
– Web technology is very poor, don’t know much about technology, bought the interface but it’s still the same for years, they don’t update anything for me. (Use wp and update it yourself)
– If you build a sales system with the highest package, Omni, the security is extremely poor, agents can see all information of the entire system…
– The software for chatting on Facebook is harapage, which is okay. It's usually slow. Customers comment but it takes a while for it to be reported and often have to refresh the browser.
– Technical support is extremely poor and slow, I have a feeling that those guys are low level
– Expensive, everything is MONEY. Other units' sales packages integrate many features, but haravan keeps adding small things and asking for more money.
– The additional functions needed for sales like barcode printing are terrible, both ugly and difficult to use.
I only use bizweb, the models of these two sides are probably similar, the important thing is which side supports well, is responsive in receiving and processing customer requests. bizweb also sees that they often update applications, the Fpage management of this side was not very stable before but now it is quite ok. I also use both the hardware and software of Sapo sales management. It is temporarily ok.
bizweb has Sapo so it's different. hrvan manages at the top of the tree, biz manages at the root. I understand it simply like that.
Actually, Bizweb has Sapo, Haravan also has a connection with Kiot Viet. Each side has its own advantages and disadvantages, so people prefer whichever platform they like better. Personally, I think the most important thing is still customer care. Currently, I see that Bizweb has a very enthusiastic support team.
Haravan in general demands money for everything, the design is terrible. Basic data import and export is extremely difficult, just keep asking for more money, if you buy it, you have to live with it, not interested in it.
I am also planning to create an online sales website. I found that Eraweb is quite good but it doesn't use much technology so I don't know if it is better than hara and biz. Can anyone give me a review?
I have never heard of Eraweb. I still recommend you use one of the two providers above.
