On the first day, did you find it difficult to get through all 15 minutes of Meditation? I share some small tips for you to have a better experience on day 2:

  • Sit cross-legged however you feel most comfortable. Sitting cross-legged, or sitting cross-legged the way you normally sit is fine. Don't limit yourself too much.
  • Sit up straight, chest slightly raised, shoulders raised, chin slightly tilted up, mouth slightly smiling. Don't be moody like a chicken. The effect of this is to help you feel more confident, strong and optimistic.
  • If you sit up straight, it's too difficult. You can get a pillow to put under your butt. Note, your knees should still be on the floor, just your butt up. This way, you will be much more comfortable sitting up straight.

This Monday, I continued to experience 15 minutes of meditation following the Mind Cleansing meditation of the app "Prana Breath: Stillness & Meditation“, inhale and exhale according to the rhythm of the sound.

My feeling is that time passes faster than yesterday, perhaps because I have become more familiar with it after yesterday and have a feeling of interest and love for Meditation.

Today while meditating, my mind sometimes drifted away with other thoughts. Then I woke up and brought myself back to the Zen state. According to a book I read about Zen, the moment you bring yourself back is a pure moment of Zen.

My head was a bit lightheaded, feeling like there was a tornado inside my head, and my younger brother said he felt the sound of wind whirring around him. Each person will have a different experience. Some Zen books say that at that time we are receiving energy from the universe transmitted through the acupuncture point on the top of the head.

However, we are meditating according to the Vipassana style, focusing on reality, so we only care about breathing in and out to feel that we are living in reality.

During these 30 days, as your level gradually increases, I will also guide you how to meditate to focus on the surrounding phenomena, focus on thoughts, focus on emotions so that we can live in accordance with reality and stop. Criticize right and wrong more.
