The other day, I read your comment on the channel saying that I met a brother talking about the problem of the forex market and the nature of forex that everyone participates in. Let me quote again:
“That's the fact that people are gambling with the house, gambling with the floor, gambling with other players and so how can the floor let me win forever, even though I can win sometimes.”
I don't know if many of you who watch my channel are understanding the market in this way? If you understand like that, perhaps before entering the market you have not researched carefully about this forex market.
Many people are still confusing Forex with variations such as BO (binary options), BO is not Forex, it is a variation based on predicting whether the exchange rate will go up or down, similar to when you choose Tai - Suu. in betting.
Maybe because of this confusion of BO with Forex, your brother thinks that forex is gambling with the house.
Forex you can understand simply, forex trading is buying/selling currency pairs and making profits based on the prices of these currency pairs.
Previously, Forex was just a "playground" for banks and financial institutions because they needed large amounts of money. However, with the development of technology, retail traders like us can also participate with the help of brokers.
Exchanges will be intermediaries that connect you to the liquidity systems of financial institutions and let you "borrow money".
This means that when you trade, you will only need to deposit a sum of money, the exchange will let you borrow more money (according to the leverage ratio - margin) to be able to trade. They will then route your order to their liquidity partners (International Banks).
So where will such intermediaries make profits?
With accounts without commission fees, they will make profit through the difference in buying and selling prices (spread), so when you trade on regular accounts, there will be high spreads because the exchange will have to increase the spread depending on the account. time, currency pair to get profit.
For accounts with commission fees such as ECN, Raw Spread, Pro, exchanges will usually connect directly to the liquidity system of financial institutions without increasing spreads, so these accounts will match orders quickly. more, lower spreads, no requotes. The floor will profit through commission fees.
Therefore, the nature of the exchanges is just an intermediary, lending you money with leverage so that you can qualify to transact with banks and financial institutions.
It should be said that trading Forex means you are playing with the house, the trading floors are wrong, you are trading according to the common global price!
Reputable trading floors will have licenses and be managed by financial organizations such as FCA, ASIC, CySEC,... with many strict regulations and conditions.

But of course, that is with reputable, standard trading floors. In any market there are always scammers, even more so in Forex.
Fraudulent trading floors will be those that "hold orders" and "hold money" from investors. Because these exchanges do not transfer orders, or connect you with liquidity institutions, they will expect you to burn your account to get all the money you deposited into the exchange.
These fraudulent exchanges will have some identifying characteristics:
– Request a package deposit to get many attractive bonuses.
– Commitment to profit.
– Website is sketchy and has vague information.
Did everyone trade well last week? Comment to let me and everyone know!
