I don't know if you experience stressful moments in business or in life. About 3 years ago when business was not doing well, I put a lot of (negative) pressure on myself for 2 months and had to sleep at 4am every day, even though I tried to go to bed early. At that time, my mind was chaotic, I lived in a hurry and was very irritable.
It was the above book that saved me during that time. I followed the book and meditated after about a week, and it gradually started to work. A purer mind, knowing how to let go so as not to torture or punish yourself.
It's really a book I recommend you read and practice regularly. Life is only beautiful when the mind is bright and beautiful.

Vispassana meditation helps you live in the moment, seeing things as they are. Do you think that if you curse at me, it's just a matter of you cursing at me, I won't criticize that you're uneducated or wrong, you're simply cursing.

The book will guide you through each section to gradually enhance your meditation experience. But you need to do it regularly and seriously to feel it.
